These terms govern your use of the NTFS Writer app, its file system extension and related website services, provided by ShenZhen LuDeQingYun InfomationTechnology Co., Ltd. Contact: lu517300599@gmail.com. Read these terms before using the service. If you disagree, stop using it. Your non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected.
02License and requirements
Subject to these terms and any required entitlement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. The current version requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 15.4 or later and an enabled Apple FSKit file system extension. Operate only on drives and files you own or are authorized to access. Do not use the software unlawfully or bypass lawful authorization. Conduct expressly permitted by law is not restricted.
03Features and compatibility
The app provides NTFS discovery, mounting for supported reads and writes, file operations and disk management. Certain NTFS attributes, compressed or encrypted data, unhealthy volumes and volumes requiring journal recovery may not be supported. The app may refuse unsafe writes. Speed depends on the drive, connection, file sizes and system state. We do not promise a fixed transfer rate or compatibility with every disk.
04Protecting your data
Back up important files before writing, check the drive’s condition and safely eject before disconnecting. Do not disconnect the drive or interrupt power during file transfers. Disk operations involve a risk of data loss; the software does not guarantee zero risk or data recovery. Loss caused by the software is addressed under applicable law and the liability terms below.
05Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Paid features, prices, currency, trial eligibility and duration are as displayed by Apple at purchase. Annual subscriptions generally renew automatically unless canceled before renewal in accordance with Apple’s current rules. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase covering the entitlement described at purchase. Trials may convert to paid subscriptions as shown on the confirmation screen. Manage subscriptions and restore purchases through the App Store. Request refunds through Apple’s process. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
06Privacy and third parties
See our Privacy Policy for information processing. Purchases and subscriptions rely on Apple StoreKit; third-party services may have their own terms. You do not need to provide disk file contents to make a purchase.
07Intellectual property and updates
Rights in the software, brand and website content belong to us or their lawful owners. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses. We may update features to fix issues, improve compatibility or meet legal requirements. We will give legally required notice of material changes to features, paid entitlements or terms.
08Availability, warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by law, including non-excludable consumer rights and liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence where it cannot be limited. Other liability is determined by applicable law, the cause of loss and each party’s fault.
09Termination, removal and disputes
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Safely eject drives, quit the app, disable the extension and remove local settings as needed. Cancel any subscription separately through your Apple account. Please contact lu517300599@gmail.com first to discuss disputes. Applicable law, mandatory consumer protections and competent courts are determined by relevant law. These terms do not remove mandatory protections in your region.
